How mapping works →An AI agent sitting on an unstructured process does not fix it. It learns the disorder and reproduces it faster. That is why most AI projects in small businesses die after a month, not because the model was wrong, but because there was nothing underneath it.
So AI workers here are a scaling layer, sold only once the foundation is live and holding real data. At that point there is something for an agent to reason about, and a way to tell whether it is actually helping.
