A network, not a team. Whoever is needed comes in, for the project that needs it, and only when it really improves the result. If not, I will tell you it is not needed.
What it runs on
I write the code and maintain the infrastructure myself, not Zapier, not Make, not a ready template. When something breaks, I fix it, because I am the one who built it.
And the simplest proof: the site you are on now was designed, written and launched by me.
I do not build a system for a business. I sit in front of a person who runs a business. The problems I solve are human: overload, forgetting, and the feeling that everything depends on you. Technology is only the tool to solve them with.
The systems I build for clients started as tools I built for myself, because my business ran through me and there was no end to it. Taking in leads, scheduling, follow-up, a report at the end of the month. What worked stayed, and what did not was thrown out.
What I want is simple: that a business can run like an orderly system and not like firefighting, without its key people holding everything in their heads.
