Map first.
Price after. Build last.
When your process is too specific for an off-the-shelf answer, I don't guess. We map it, then price it, then build exactly what's missing.
- Price fixed only after mapping
- One person, call to handover
- The map is yours regardless
What do I get for the ₪1,800 mapping fee?
A document. Specifically: a written map of how your business actually works today, step by step, including the parts nobody wrote down; a list of your bottlenecks ordered by what each one costs you; a recommendation on what to build and what not to; and a reasoned verdict on which of the two paths is right for you. The document is yours even if you don't continue with me — including if you take it to another supplier. The fee is credited in full against the build if you do continue.
When this path is the wrong one
If the standard Operating System solves your problem, the mapping document will say so explicitly, and you'll pay ₪4,800 instead of a larger number. That's a legitimate result, not a failed engagement.
I don't sell the custom path to someone the standard system fits. It's slower and more expensive for no reason, and you'd find that out eventually anyway.
How it runs
- 01
Intro call
20 minutes, freeWe work out whether the problem needs a custom build at all. If the Operating System covers it, you hear that here and pay less.
- 02
Mapping
One week · ₪1,800A written process map, your bottlenecks in cost order, and a recommendation. Yours whether or not you continue.
- 03
Scope and quote
After mappingOnly now is there enough information to price honestly. You get scope, timeline and a final price. The mapping fee comes off it in full.
- 04
Build and handover
Per agreed scopeBuilt in stages so you see progress. At the end: walkthrough, documentation, and the system transfers to you. Code and data are yours.
- 05
Partnership
Monthly, optionalThe same support as the ready path. A system nobody maintains degrades, regardless of who built it.
Not sure which path is yours?
That's what the 20-minute call is for. Choosing the wrong one costs both of us.
