The price is written down.
No "it depends", no quote in a week.
Most vendors don't publish a price because they'd rather see what you're willing to pay first. I work the other way round: the price is fixed, the scope is fixed, and the only thing left for the call is whether this fits you at all.
How much does an operational system for a service business cost in Israel?
The productized Operating System is ₪4,800 one-time and takes 14 working days. If your process is too specific for the standard configuration, you start with a ₪1,800 process-mapping week, and that fee is credited in full against the build. Ongoing monthly partnership after the system is live starts at ₪540/month. AI workers are sold only once the foundation is running, from ₪2,500 per agent.
The full ladder
| What | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| The Operating System | ₪4,800 one-time | 14 working days. Six components. No AI. 30-day bug warranty. |
| Process mapping | ₪1,800 | About one week. Credited in full against the build. |
| Custom build | Quoted after mapping | Never quoted before — there isn't enough information to price honestly. |
| Partnership · Base | ₪540 / month | System stays alive, basic monitoring, 72h response. |
| Partnership · Growth | ₪950 / month | Adds monthly KPI report + call, 1-2 dev hours, 48h response. |
| Partnership · Scale | ₪1,800 / month | Adds 24/7 monitoring, 4 dev hours, one AI worker per quarter, 24h response. |
| AI workers | ₪2,500-4,200 each | One-time. Sold only after the foundation is live with real data. |
Monthly partnership requires a 6-month minimum, does not auto-renew, and is reviewed in a call at month 5.5. Annual prepay saves two months.
Questions about price
Because the scope is fixed. When you sell a defined package you can name a price; when a price isn't published it usually means it's set by what the buyer seems able to pay. I'd rather you know whether this is in your range before either of us spends a call on it.
There are third-party costs that are yours, not mine — hosting, tools you already pay for, sometimes an API account. I give you the estimated figure on the call before anything is signed, and it typically runs from tens to a few hundred shekels a month. I don't take a margin on them.
Because AI on a broken process amplifies the mess rather than reducing it. An agent sitting on an unstructured process learns the disorder and reproduces it faster. Build infrastructure that works first, then put an AI worker on top of it — at which point it genuinely works.
Then the document says so explicitly, and you pay ₪4,800 instead of a larger number. That's a legitimate outcome of mapping, not a failure of it. The mapping is a product, not a sales call in disguise.
No. You can take the system and maintain it yourself — the code and data are yours. It exists because a system nobody watches degrades, and I don't sell it on the first call. It's offered after the system is live and you already know what it's worth to you.
The price is known. The only question left is fit.
A 20-minute call. If the system isn't right for your business, you'll hear that on the call rather than after you've paid.
